Post Treatment Instructions
Hematoma (bruise) is possible along with tenderness. It should resolve on its own in 2 weeks. Skin redness at the treatment site is expected. Nutrition: healthful diet, added supplements CoQ10: 300 mg daily, Vitamin E 1,200 IU daily, Vitamin C 3,000 mg daily, B-complex daily. Neo40 (nitric oxide) 1-2 daily; helps heal and grow endothelial cells. Very important to use!! Do NOT use mouth wash as it deactivates it. No smoking (destroys endothelial cells we are trying to heal.) Avoid drugs that can cause ED if possible: pseudoephedrine and nasal decongestants, antihypertensives, antidepressants, antipsychotics, antiandrogens, statins, alcohol, and recreational drugs. Do not stop without an ok from your PCP. May have sexual activity as soon as desired and encouraged. Desire as many erections as possible. PDE5i low dose daily during treatment time.
Penis Pump is recommended to be used 1-2 times per day for 5-10 minutes at a pressure of -10 Hg or less (not higher) for 30 days or longer. For discomfort on the pelvic bone, there is a universal pump sleeve available.
Suggest giving nitric oxide right before treatment and 1 month after treatment.
Suggest low-dose Cialis for 30 days during treatment. If you are taking Cialis and you seek emergency medical care for chest pain it is extremely important you let them know when your last dose was so they can make the necessary changes in the treatment approach for you.
Additional Options: Recommend Bioidentical Hormone Optimization. Possibly peptides.
Maintenance: recommend 1-2 Medical Wave treatments every 6-12 months and a P shot annually. Peyronie’s disease will require more treatments.
